We're able to offer you amazing discounts because we produce everything in house and have a small space for inventory, therefore we cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're committed to doing our best to find a solution. Items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours upon receiving package. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for that same item.
