At Simplicitie, we are committed to you. We're able to offer you amazing one of a kind pieces because we produce everything in house and each item is custom made to order by hand. Therefore, we can only process an exchange within 7 days the order was received if the we have the item in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be delighted.
