Free Exchanges + Easy Returns
Simplicitie will offer free exchanges for any item of similar or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. We will authorize an exchange for items that are unworn, unaltered, and unwashed if we have the item in stock.
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order and discounted items.

Simplicitie has a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your order we offer 30 day returns. Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. All returns are refunded via store credit.
Returns must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
Buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund ($10 return shipping fee).

If your item(s) are defective, please email us within 48 hours upon receiving your package to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right!
We do not accept exchanges/returns for purchases of 2 or more items.
All discounted items or items purchased using a discount/coupon code are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged.
Returns will be accepted on your first order of Simplicitie only. Any and all subsequent orders will be final sale and returns will not be granted.
We cannot reimburse return shipping or handling charges.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing."
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
