Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone or by mail at this time.

We are unable modify an order once it is submitted. 

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT?

We restock some of our items. You may keep checking back on our website to see if we have restocked any items or contact our Customer Care Team at Support@Simplicitie.com to help you find an item style number.

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT MY SIZE, HOW DO I CHOOSE?

Every style has it's own sizing spec on the product page. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Customer Care at Support@Simplicitie.com.

WHY DO I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE?

If you are receiving an error message there may be a problem with your credit card information, shipping or billing address. Please revise your information closely for typos or try reformatting your address, such as putting apartment numbers or unit numbers on the second address line, or noting what the apartment complex is called. If you are receiving an error message after reviewing all your information, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser.

MY ORDER STATUS KEEPS SAYING “FAILED TRANSACTION”?

If you have received a FAILED transaction, that means you entered incorrect information. Please revise all your information before you hit submit again. If you are still receiving an error message after reviewing all your information, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. Once your transaction status says “approved” that means your transaction was authorized. If you are still having trouble please contact Customer Care.

WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE?

Your credit card should only be charged once after your order ships. If you placed an order, you will see a pending authorization on your bank account. Please only click the “Submit” button once to avoid multiple transactions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Orders will ship same business day if placed before 11:00 AM (excluding weekends and holidays) and next day if placed after 11:00 AM. Shipping times vary due to the shipping method that was purchased. We will contact you directly if there are any issues with your order.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Simplicitie ships with UPS and USPS.

CAN I SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA OR TO A P.O BOX?

Yes, we currently ship all over the world and to P.O. Boxes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Simplicitie, we are committed to you. We're able to offer you amazing one of a kind pieces because we produce everything in house and each item is custom made to order by hand. Therefore, we can only process an exchange within 7 days the order was received if the we have the item in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're committed to doing our best to find a solution. For questions, contact our customer service at Support@Simplicitie.com so we can assist you. 

I RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SHIPPED, WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your refund.

Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Care instructions are also listed on the garment tag.

We only wholesale our products to qualified businesses that embellish and/or resell merchandise.

Do You Have Wholesale Showroom?
